Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid/Onsite). This role is eligible for relocation and immigration support.

What you will do

• Develop high-quality concepts for vehicles, skins, immersive environments, and character designs.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Producers, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure visual alignment across the project.
• Take full ownership of artistic assets from initial sketch to final iteration with high attention to detail.
• Solve design challenges and propose creative solutions during art reviews and pitches.
• Mentor concept artists to support their professional growth and improve studio workflows.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept art skills across various styles and themes in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency in digital art tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent applications.
• Deep understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt artistic style to fit specific project requirements and artistic directions.
• English: Intermediate level or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software like Maya or Blender for creating basic mockups.
• Familiarity with game engines.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader.
• Proficiency in traditional art techniques (sketching, painting, or sculpting).
