TL;DR

Project Manager 2 (LTE/5G): Leading end-to-end execution of private network deployments for electric utilities with an accent on LTE/5G wireless, core networks, and cybersecurity. Location: Hybrid; must be based in one of the following US locations: Overland Park (KS), Cary (NC), Tualatin (OR), Phoenix (AZ), Ann Arbor (MI), or Houston (TX)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for private network deployments, including LTE/5G Wireless, Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, and Cybersecurity.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients to build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Manage accountability for project scope, schedule, cost, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams comprising engineers, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers.
  • Proactively track schedules and deliverables, identifying and escalating risks and issues.
  • Partner with engineering and solution leadership on delivery strategies and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (specifically in the mentioned office locations).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of industry experience in private network deployments for utilities (focus on LTE/5G, Fiber, and Cybersecurity).
  • 7+ years of professional Project Management experience.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
