What you will do

• Lead delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in integrating CCTV, electronic access control, intrusion detection alarms, and perimeter security solutions.
• Identify and mitigate construction-related risks, develop schedules, monitor financial health, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate field verifications, design reviews, site supervisor partnerships, stakeholder activities for system programming, commissioning, punch lists, and client training.
• Proactively address customer concerns, provide on-demand team support, and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction or Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability in waterfall schedules, PMP methodologies, client-facing roles with enterprise clients, and Agile within waterfall
• Strong technical learning ability, process improvement participation, and professional demeanor
• Travel up to 25% required; valid driver’s license

Nice to have

• Experience with large, complex technical projects in at-scale programs
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or PMP certification
