Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX) - 2 days a week in office

What you will do

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Process enrollments, life events, and terminations across HR and vendor systems.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, including testing and employee support.
• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve complex escalations.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and brokers to resolve eligibility, billing, and claims issues.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of benefits programs and core compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-state or global benefits administration.
• Familiarity with ACA reporting, COBRA administration, and leave programs.
• Benefits-related certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
