What you will do

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with regional HR partners to support benefits initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and MEA regions.
  • Manage relationships and contract negotiations with brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and relevant global regulations.
  • Improve employee engagement through clear communications and data-driven program enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits with strategic and operational leadership.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. multi-state benefits programs.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
  • Experience working in biotech, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
