What you will do
- Design and manage global employee benefits programs including health, retirement, disability, and wellness.
- Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education initiatives.
- Manage benefit brokers and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ACA, ERISA, and COBRA.
- Support a large-scale Workday HRIS implementation to enhance benefits administration and employee experience.
- Oversee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA) and coordinate return-to-work planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation.
- Deep knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing brokers and negotiating vendor contracts.
