What you will do

• Design and manage global employee benefits programs including health, retirement, disability, and wellness.
• Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education initiatives.
• Manage benefit brokers and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ACA, ERISA, and COBRA.
• Support a large-scale Workday HRIS implementation to enhance benefits administration and employee experience.
• Oversee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA) and coordinate return-to-work planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation.
• Deep knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing brokers and negotiating vendor contracts.
