TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Winning new business across the technology market by selling gifting, swag, and event platforms to GTM teams with an accent on consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on running full-cycle deals for mid-market and enterprise accounts and building strong business cases to drive ROI.

Location: Hybrid role — 2 days per week in the London office (Mondays and Thursdays)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and closing for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Convert demand from BDR and Marketing channels while driving growth through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to uncover business priorities and pain points of potential clients.
  • Develop compelling proposals and business cases linking gifting and event solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to optimize conversion and win rates.
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executive with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience managing mid-market and enterprise deals in a competitive environment.
  • Experience selling to Sales, Marketing, or broader GTM buyers.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or SPICED.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence for influencing senior decision-makers.
