Location: Hybrid role requiring work from London office 2 days per week, remote flexibility on other days. UK territory focus.

What you will do
- Develop and execute GTM strategy for SMB territory, partnering with Sales Development to convert prospects into revenue.
- Lead end-to-end sales process including outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and quota achievement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless customer journeys.
- Shape and iterate UK SMB GTM approach for competitiveness and relevance.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and insights to leadership.
- Shadow peers, seek feedback, and contribute to learning culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as quota-carrying AE in high-performing SaaS sales with track record of exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with gravitas to influence stakeholders
- Adaptable and resourceful in fast-moving scale-up environment
- Skilled active listener for uncovering pain points and tailoring messages
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and team contribution
- Fluent English with outstanding verbal and written skills
- Organized with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
