TL;DR

Account Executive SMB (Cybersecurity): Driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts within the SMB sector in the UK market with an accent on identity and access management. Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote)

Salary: £44,000 – £62,000 GBP (base) + commission

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a designated geographical territory within the UK/EMEA SMB sector, focusing on new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC framework to manage sales cycles and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to optimize client engagement.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences to build brand presence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity focusing on SMB or Mid Market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience owning and managing a geographical territory within EMEA.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling, negotiation, and presenting to company decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and a mandatory in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
