What you will do

• Develop and execute the LATAM partner strategy to achieve growth goals.
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology, SI, and channel partners.
• Build co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery motions with partners and field sales.
• Drive measurable partner-sourced and influenced revenue growth.
• Localize enablement, marketing, and training for the LATAM market.
• Build repeatable frameworks for partner operations and GTM execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or enterprise SaaS sales in LATAM.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven success building and scaling partnership programs with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional nuances.
• Strong existing network across SaaS, IoT/OT, or industrial tech ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Must be based in Miami, Mexico, or within the LATAM region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with CMMS, EAM, or MES technology.
