What you will do
- Build, recruit, and develop a high-quality, diverse partner ecosystem to support channel growth in the assigned territory.
- Manage partner performance through outreach, business planning, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
- Drive partner adoption of offerings to create scalable, value-driven experiences that generate revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute strategy and align on regional goals.
- Leverage market insight and performance data to distribute leads and identify growth areas within the partner landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in the IT industry with strong partner management expertise.
- Good understanding of software licensing and cloud offerings, preferably Microsoft’s licensing programs and product stack.
- Fluent business French (C-level).
- Fluent business English (C-level).
- Strong skills in relationship building, verbal and written communication, and organizational planning.
