TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner as part of the People “Trio” to advise functional leaders on compensation, headcount planning, and workforce investments.
  • Participate in leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded advisor.
  • Advise on compensation for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations up to SVP level.
  • Apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity frameworks, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity; recommend corrections.
  • Facilitate compensation cycles, provide feedback to centralized teams.

Requirements

  • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges with worldwide colleagues
  • Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in technology or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, market trends
  • Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plans, equity programs
  • Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and communication skills; Workday, Pave or similar preferred
