What you will do

  • Create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts via inbound and outbound activities to exceed sales targets.
  • Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to build relationships with decision-makers in companies with 500+ FTEs.
  • Identify how hirify.global’s roadmap and innovations can solve specific business challenges.
  • Analyze and prioritize large volumes of accounts to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Position hirify.global and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive deals forward.
  • Leverage in-person meetings and networking opportunities to advance client relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business in an outbound function.
  • Consistent performance in meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sales cycles (1-3 months).
  • Proven sales methodology and process that focuses on creating customer value.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany to attend in-person onboarding and meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling solutions to technical audiences such as Engineering, Product, or Design teams.
  • Ability to succeed and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery.
