What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to product demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive new business growth for companies with 250–1,000 employees through both inbound leads and proactive outbound activities.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and realistic forecasting.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations of the HUB.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a matrix organization.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to position solutions for ESG, compliance, and supply chain transparency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
- Experience managing short to mid-length sales cycles and owning a sales forecast.
- Strong pipeline management skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Munich or Mannheim, Germany.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
- Background or experience in the ESG, compliance, or supply chain domains.
- Experience operating within an inbound-driven sales setup.
