Location: Hybrid (Munich or Mannheim, Germany)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to product demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive new business growth for companies with 250–1,000 employees through both inbound leads and proactive outbound activities.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and realistic forecasting.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations of the hirify.global HUB.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a matrix organization.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to position solutions for ESG, compliance, and supply chain transparency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
  • Experience managing short to mid-length sales cycles and owning a sales forecast.
  • Strong pipeline management skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Munich or Mannheim, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Background or experience in the ESG, compliance, or supply chain domains.
  • Experience operating within an inbound-driven sales setup.
