What you will do
- Own and evolve global benefits strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Deliver and improve benefits programs across all locations including Finland, UK, China, Korea, USA, and remote teams.
- Support benefits administration for EU remote employees and partner with Wellbeing, People Partners, Global Mobility teams, local stakeholders, and external providers.
- Lead vendor relationships, RFPs, and act as advisor on complex benefits cases.
- Use data and insights to manage costs, guide decisions, and improve employee experience.
- Strengthen benefits communication and explore AI tools for workflows.
Requirements
- 5-8 years managing global benefits programs across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience in highly international or fast-growing environment.
- Strong vendor management and benefits program design/implementation skills.
- Comfort with data, analytics, reporting; advanced Excel and utilization dashboards.
- Curious about AI; experience with HR systems and benefits tools.
- Clear communication and supporting change with improvement mindset.
