TL;DR
People Administrator (HR Operations): Support day-to-day running of People Operations, managing employee data, responding to HR queries, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle with an accent on data quality, GDPR compliance, and regional processes for EMEA and APAC. Location: Hybrid position, two days a week based in Cambridge headquarters, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for HR policy and process queries via ticketing system.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and support background/right-to-work checks for EMEA and APAC.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Monitor absence data, flag trends, and draft standard HR letters.
- Support monthly payroll by collating and checking employee data.
- Manage employment references, take notes in employee relations meetings and exit interviews.
- Assist with parental leave, flexible working requests, and update HR intranet.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and genuine interest in HR.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail with data and documents.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, discreet, and proactive approach.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in administrative or HR support role.
- Experience using HR system such as Workday.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or interest in pursuing one.
