What you will do

• Provide leadership and direction to the value stream team to ensure operational success.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Implement Lean and Agile principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, logistics, and maintenance for seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within high-volume manufacturing or operational settings.
• Familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible for security clearance.
• Availability to work production hours (Mon-Thu 5:30 am - 4 pm) and overtime on Fridays.
