What you will do

  • Own the web experience strategy and roadmap, aligning with integrated marketing campaigns and company-wide objectives.
  • Define and maintain key web KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to drive data-informed actions.
  • Lead a test-and-learn program utilizing A/B tests, content experiments, and UX research to optimize conversion.
  • Coordinate medium-to-large web initiatives across design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with SEO and content stakeholders to optimize information architecture and on-page strategy.
  • Verify web quality regarding UX, performance, SEO, and accessibility before every launch.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, program management, or a related field (or equivalent degree/experience combination).
  • Proven experience leading web strategy, web optimization, or digital growth initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple complex workstreams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B websites and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Amplitude, or Hotjar.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web accessibility fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and modern web architectures/design systems.
