National Director Web Strategy (Web Strategy): Leading hirify.global’s enterprise digital and web strategy to drive growth, standardization, and innovation across multiple business lines with an accent on user growth, digital health conversions, and compliance. Focus on developing the Unified Consumer Web Strategy, optimizing SEO/GEO, and integrating AI-enabled tools for content operations and personalization.

Location: Remote (Must be able to work an Eastern Time zone schedule); Hybrid required for candidates living in the SE Michigan area.

Salary: $134,534–$201,780

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the Unified Consumer Web strategy to increase patient and member volume.
  • Lead web technology, architecture, and UX strategies to drive user growth and digital health conversions.
  • Manage the enterprise-wide operational plan, including feature roadmaps, data integrations, and regulatory updates.
  • Execute a comprehensive referral traffic strategy utilizing SEO, GEO, and AEO to strengthen local discovery.
  • Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks, including UX guidelines and publishing standards, to ensure brand alignment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing web marketing team of developers, UX designers, and SEO experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale marketing technology implementations and vendors.
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (Drupal, Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely) and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with digital health integrations (e.g., Epic) and SEO/GEO tools.
  • Ability to work an Eastern Time zone schedule.
  • Must be based in the US (Hybrid requirement for candidates in SE Michigan).

  • Curiosity and proficiency in using AI tools and technologies for marketing execution.
