What you will do

• Define and drive the eCommerce product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and UAT.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and UX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on Product Owner responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management practices.
• Experience using eCommerce analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Ability to translate user data and insights into actionable product improvements.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment.
