Salary: $94,900 – $130,500 per year

What you will do
- Define and drive the eCommerce product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and UAT.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and UX.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on Product Owner responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management practices.
- Experience using eCommerce analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Ability to translate user data and insights into actionable product improvements.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment.
