Salary: $135,000 to $180,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do
- Own and evolve the customer login and portal experience, balancing usability, security, and scale.
- Lead customer discovery with SMB users to uncover friction and opportunities.
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience and AI features.
- Partner with UX, engineering, data, and AI teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences.
- Use data, experimentation, and insights to prioritize and improve continuously.
- Integrate AI thoughtfully for personalization, automation, and self-service.
- Advocate for the customer across the product for clarity, simplicity, and usability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, strong focus on customer experience or UX-led products
- Proven experience owning core customer journeys like login, onboarding, portals, dashboards
- Experience serving SMB customers; background in SaaS, software, eCommerce, or retail preferred
- Highly data-driven with hands-on analytics, experimentation, and metrics experience
- Comfortable in PM/UX hybrid role, collaborating with designers and engineers
- Experience building or using AI-powered features, or strong personal AI tool usage
- Collaborative, iterative mindset thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing customer portals or authentication flows
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization, automation, or self-service
- UX or design background, or deep design team partnership
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks like A/B testing and feature flags
