What you will do

• Own the end-to-end prioritization and execution for the product backlog to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance requirements definition, accelerate delivery, and drive intelligent product capabilities.
• Translate product strategy and functional requirements into clear user stories for multiple scrum teams.
• Act as a technical SME for customer account, partner, and vendor discussions regarding systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with business, PMO, Technology, and GTM teams to align workflows and delivery timelines.
• Incorporate customer insights and usage data into prioritization to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development in enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work US East Coast hours is required.
• Proven experience applying AI and automation in product development to enhance delivery or capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile/Scrum teams from concept through release.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools like Google Analytics.
