Lead Technology Product Manager (AI/Software): Acting as the product owner for CLC Business License Solutions, translating functional needs into scalable product solutions with an accent on AI-driven development and end-to-end backlog prioritization. Focus on leveraging AI/automation to accelerate delivery, driving agile execution across multiple scrum teams, and ensuring alignment between engineering and business stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) — Must be based in the United States and able to work US East Coast hours
Salary: $118,300 - $207,400 USD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end prioritization and execution for the product backlog to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance requirements definition, accelerate delivery, and drive intelligent product capabilities.
- Translate product strategy and functional requirements into clear user stories for multiple scrum teams.
- Act as a technical SME for customer account, partner, and vendor discussions regarding systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with business, PMO, Technology, and GTM teams to align workflows and delivery timelines.
- Incorporate customer insights and usage data into prioritization to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development in enterprise environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to work US East Coast hours is required.
- Proven experience applying AI and automation in product development to enhance delivery or capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile/Scrum teams from concept through release.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools like Google Analytics.
