What you will do

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with CEOs and executive teams of top energy accounts.
• Execute GTM initiatives across oil and gas, power, utilities, renewables, and mining to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales, field engineering, marketing, and product teams to develop revenue-generating programs.
• Position hirify.global as the industry platform of choice through thought leadership, publications, and conferences.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify high-value growth opportunities in the energy sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the energy sector.
• 5+ years in GTM, strategy, or business development within strategic consulting (MBB preferred) or product-led technology companies.
• Expert domain knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy trading, or grid resilience.
• Proven success in taking technology platforms to market with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and build relationships with senior executives in EMEA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA or post-graduate qualification is strongly preferred.
