Compensation: $28.29 - $30.84 CAD Hourly

What you will do

• Maintain pool water quality and ensure overall building conditions meet operational standards.
• Perform routine custodial maintenance of public spaces, washrooms, hallways, and offices.
• Handle water treatment chemicals and perform regular water testing and quality control.
• Respond to service calls, assess maintenance needs, and execute minor repairs or coordinate with trades.
• Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and maintain departmental records and files.
• Support facility projects, including renovations, general housekeeping, and building conversions.

Requirements

• Pool Operator 1 and Pool Operator 2 certifications from BCRPA and/or RFABC are required.
• High school graduation and a minimum of one year of related experience.
• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License is required.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more over long distances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends.
