Inside Sales Representative (Dimensional Inspection)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding CT, Dimensional, and Faro services.
• Execute outbound phone and email prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Create and manage customer accounts and opportunities within the internal CRM system.
• Prepare accurate service quotes and handle compliance documentation such as NDAs and insurance certificates.
• Collaborate with technical teams and sales leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development.
• Proven experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) as required by ITAR export controls.
• Willingness to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
