Location: Remote (US only, US Citizen required, preference for Central Time Zone, low to moderate travel)

What you will do
- Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from the platform
- Connect with key accounts via phone, email, and social using personalized, research-based outreach
- Make 50+ calls/day and meet other KPIs while guiding prospects through evaluation based on pain points and budget
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, improve messaging, and optimize workflows
- Schedule and host meetings, promote events, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Manage CRM updates and provide feedback on top-of-funnel processes
Requirements
- US Citizen required (subject to background check and unannounced drug testing)
- 1+ years as SDR/BDR achieving 100%+ quota
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in cold-calling and qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC); consultative selling a plus
- Comfortable asking about budget and funding
- Experience with AI tools for prospecting efficiency and personalization
- Superb organization, time management, data-driven mindset, self-motivated, coachable
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, RevOps
- Bachelor’s degree required
