TL;DR

Location: Remote (US only, US Citizen required, preference for Central Time Zone, low to moderate travel)

hirify.global is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform purpose-built for fast GRC outcomes, bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from the platform
  • Connect with key accounts via phone, email, and social using personalized, research-based outreach
  • Make 50+ calls/day and meet other KPIs while guiding prospects through evaluation based on pain points and budget
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, improve messaging, and optimize workflows
  • Schedule and host meetings, promote events, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Manage CRM updates and provide feedback on top-of-funnel processes

Requirements

  • US Citizen required (subject to background check and unannounced drug testing)
  • 1+ years as SDR/BDR achieving 100%+ quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in cold-calling and qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC); consultative selling a plus
  • Comfortable asking about budget and funding
  • Experience with AI tools for prospecting efficiency and personalization
  • Superb organization, time management, data-driven mindset, self-motivated, coachable
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, RevOps
  • Bachelor’s degree required
