What you will do

• Identify and develop new leads and opportunities through outbound calls and rapport building.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare detailed service explanations and proposals.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure service renewals and identify value-added opportunities.
• Track sales data, pipeline, and contract renewals to support annual growth initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify risks and growth areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and government contract tracking systems (e.g., GovWin, Deltek).
• Ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Strong customer service and active listening skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or Columbia, MD.
