What you will do

  • Connect with Digital Agencies and business customers via phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build a sales pipeline and book product demos.
  • Perform critical account and market research on prospective clients to develop prospecting strategies.
  • Educate potential customers on the value of web hosting and digital marketing services to help them achieve business goals.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to drive meeting and demo bookings.
  • Utilize Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach.io to build and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or retail with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively influence and engage prospects.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in managing customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of WordPress, Server, and Cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience in the web hosting industry.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach.io.
