Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid or Remote options available in various cities including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, and Washington, D.C.)

Salary: $195K – $265K

What you will do

  • Serve as the senior day-to-day engagement leader on RCM advisory mandates, owning the client relationship and project execution.
  • Act as the primary contact for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, facilitating executive readouts and steering committees.
  • Lead diagnostic activities and process assessments to identify priority improvement opportunities.
  • Execute project requirements across coding accuracy, billing compliance, and claims submission.
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks and performance dashboards (AR days, clean claim rate, etc.) to provide visibility into revenue health.
  • Direct and develop Analysts and Associates, providing coaching and work-product review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Deep knowledge of RCM best practices across patient access, coding, billing, and reimbursement.
  • Proficiency in EHR platforms such as EPIC, Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience presenting complex findings to C-suite leadership.
  • Must be based in the United States.
