What you will do
- Drive strategy efforts for key business areas, analyzing needs, competition, and defining paths forward.
- Lead cross-functional execution with clear roles, metrics, milestones, and resourcing.
- Facilitate performance management cadence for transparency on progress, barriers, and adjustments.
- Support strategy and business leaders in overcoming obstacles, reallocating resources, and adapting plans.
- Engage across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Analytics, and Corporate Development.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Strategy roles at top-tier consulting firm with strong analytical, financial, and strategic toolkit.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with excellent stakeholder management.
- Organized, proactive self-starter able to prioritize and execute.
- Strong written/verbal communication to synthesize complex topics.
- Proven ability to operate with global-first mindset.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for efficiency and decision-making.
