Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel 50-80% of the time.
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000

What you will do
- Optimize customer outcomes by implementing and mastering MCG software solutions.
- Assess customer workflows and recommend strategies to maximize the value of MCG solutions.
- Lead strategic discussions and decision-making processes with customer executives and high-level stakeholders.
- Apply AI-driven tools and capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Product teams to identify risks and provide feedback for solution enhancements.
- Mentor Care Strategy Consultants and assist with new hire onboarding.
Requirements
- Active RN license required.
- 3+ years of experience with MCG required.
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Experience in project management and implementation processes.
- Experience reviewing and applying clinical insights to data.
- Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, or Case Management.
- National certifications such as CCM or ACM.
- Experience with Change Management principles.
