TL;DR

Care Strategy Consultant II (Medtech): Supporting complex customer engagements to optimize the use of MCG evidence-based healthcare solutions with an accent on workflow assessment and strategic guidance. Focus on leading executive-level discussions, implementing AI-driven tools, and mentoring team members to improve healthcare outcomes.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel 50-80% of the time.

Salary: $125,000 – $175,000

What you will do

  • Optimize customer outcomes by implementing and mastering MCG software solutions.
  • Assess customer workflows and recommend strategies to maximize the value of MCG solutions.
  • Lead strategic discussions and decision-making processes with customer executives and high-level stakeholders.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Product teams to identify risks and provide feedback for solution enhancements.
  • Mentor Care Strategy Consultants and assist with new hire onboarding.

Requirements

  • Active RN license required.
  • 3+ years of experience with MCG required.
  • Associate's degree in nursing required.
  • Experience in project management and implementation processes.
  • Experience reviewing and applying clinical insights to data.
  • Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, or Case Management.
  • National certifications such as CCM or ACM.
  • Experience with Change Management principles.
