Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do
- Deliver major transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency and digital operations management.
- Support clinical performance improvement in hospitals, including throughput optimization and care pathway standardization.
- Analyze cost structures across clinical and non-clinical departments to identify efficiency opportunities and improve operating margins.
- Conduct staffing analysis and workforce mix assessments to develop productivity improvement recommendations.
- Manage, develop, and mentor project staff, assessing performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
- Transform data and analytics into actionable performance insights using fintech and operations design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
- Project delivery experience within sectors such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Asset Management.
- Proficiency in Target Operating Model design, business performance analysis, and process automation.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-25%, and occasionally up to 80%.
Nice to have
- Experience or coursework in healthcare operations and clinical workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare benchmarking tools such as MGMA, Vizient, or CMS data sets.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory environments, CMS reimbursement models, and value-based care frameworks.
