What you will do

• Own senior relationships with 3–5 strategic clients, acting as trusted advisor on brand, digital experience, MarTech, and growth strategy.
• Diagnose enterprise goals and design solutions connecting to customer journeys, omnichannel content, compliance, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to activate roadmaps, define KPIs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive new business by identifying opportunities, leading presales strategy, and partnering on proposals and pitches.
• Build practice excellence through standards, playbooks, case studies, and enablement materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, host roundtables, publish articles, and cultivate partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years in one or more verticals (Higher Education, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing) in senior marketing or technology roles driving digital strategy.
• Deep industry knowledge of market forces, customer journeys, digital ecosystem (AI, CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, accessibility, HIPAA/security, regulations).
• Agency experience consulting with executives on digital solutions.
• Track record of winning/growing accounts, crafting proposals, setting KPIs, and delivering ROI.
• Published thought leadership and speaking engagements in relevant verticals.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and ability to influence C-suite leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
