Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do
- Lead major transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency, digital operations management, and solution strategy.
- Manage engagement financials, task delegation, and deliverable quality for cross-industry clients.
- Develop solution content, whitepapers, and proposals to establish thought leadership in operations modernization.
- Lead clinical performance improvement workstreams, including surgical services and emergency department optimization.
- Execute operating margin improvement programs involving cost benchmarking and labor productivity redesign.
- Drive value creation for healthcare private equity portfolios through pre- and post-acquisition operational assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt), CSCP, or CTP.
- Demonstrated project delivery experience within hospitals, health systems, or healthcare private equity platforms.
- Working knowledge of healthcare financial and operational performance metrics.
- Ability to travel 20-25% regularly, with occasional peaks up to 80%.
