Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do

• Lead major transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency, digital operations management, and solution strategy.
• Manage engagement financials, task delegation, and deliverable quality for cross-industry clients.
• Develop solution content, whitepapers, and proposals to establish thought leadership in operations modernization.
• Lead clinical performance improvement workstreams, including surgical services and emergency department optimization.
• Execute operating margin improvement programs involving cost benchmarking and labor productivity redesign.
• Drive value creation for healthcare private equity portfolios through pre- and post-acquisition operational assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt), CSCP, or CTP.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience within hospitals, health systems, or healthcare private equity platforms.
• Working knowledge of healthcare financial and operational performance metrics.
• Ability to travel 20-25% regularly, with occasional peaks up to 80%.
