What you will do

• Lead point of contact for assigned projects within client accounts, ensuring successful delivery and profitability.
• Develop marketing communication programs and strategies tailored for payers.
• Coordinate with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and identify project roadblocks.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance of promotional items.
• Support new business initiatives and identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
• Manage project budgets, including direct and labor costs, and prepare financial forecasting reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
• Proven experience with direct client contact and relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Nice to have

• Experience with the MLR (medical-legal-regulatory) review process.
• Hands-on experience with online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva.
• Experience in writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs.
• Experience with pharmaceutical drug launches.
• Degree concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
