What you will do

• Lead primary client relationships, managing business opportunities and developing strategic agendas and presentations.
• Oversee project management lifecycle using internal briefs, templates, and budget tools to meet client expectations.
• Mentor and manage junior account personnel, conducting performance reviews and setting development goals.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and market gaps within assigned accounts to expand business.
• Develop and monitor proposals, budgets, and financial reconciliations, ensuring accurate labor capture.
• Ensure quality control of all materials and strict adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
• Daily client-facing experience and expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs.
