TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Health IT): Driving pipeline performance and revenue growth across the EverHealth portfolio with an accent on inbound and outbound customer acquisition channels. Focus on optimizing full-funnel conversion from MQL to Closed-Won, managing external performance agencies, and scaling ARR through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Semi-regular travel to Boston, MA, and occasional travel to Denver, CO, or other North American offices is required.

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute digital acquisition strategies for DrChrono, CollaborateMD, and Updox to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Manage external performance agencies across paid media, SEO, and organic growth strategies.
  • Operationalize ICP segmentation and lead outbound execution frameworks across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead CRO efforts across landing pages and website paths to reduce funnel friction and increase pipeline velocity.
  • Audit and optimize the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Heap.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to refine lead handoff, scoring models, and conversion benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning inbound/outbound pipeline and increasing campaign-sourced ARR.
  • Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), behavioral analytics, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Heap, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
