Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Semi-regular travel to Boston, MA, and occasional travel to Denver, CO, or other North American offices is required.
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Define and execute digital acquisition strategies for DrChrono, CollaborateMD, and Updox to drive qualified pipeline.
- Manage external performance agencies across paid media, SEO, and organic growth strategies.
- Operationalize ICP segmentation and lead outbound execution frameworks across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Lead CRO efforts across landing pages and website paths to reduce funnel friction and increase pipeline velocity.
- Audit and optimize the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Heap.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to refine lead handoff, scoring models, and conversion benchmarks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of owning inbound/outbound pipeline and increasing campaign-sourced ARR.
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), behavioral analytics, and funnel diagnostics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Heap, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
