What you will do

• Lead strategic marketing planning for Autoimmune, FSP, and CRO services, creating FAB-based messaging frameworks and content strategies.
• Develop and execute digital content strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, social media, and omnichannel approaches.
• Build thought leadership through videos, white papers, and collaborations with operational and commercial teams.
• Plan and execute yearly conference strategies, including budgeting and in-person attendance at select events.
• Drive sales enablement tools, generate qualified leads, provide competitive intelligence, and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver monthly reporting with actionable insights on performance metrics and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in marketing/communications in life sciences/biotech/healthcare, or advanced degree + 4 years; 6–8 years leading projects with therapeutic area and FSP experience preferred.
• Proven success in webinars, live events, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional projects on time and budget.
• Location: Remote from Serbia.
