What you will do

• Create and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and promote Panorama NIPT and Vistara Single-Gene NIPT messages through sales channels.
• Develop HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics to drive adoption of products and support services.
• Present campaigns and performance to stakeholders for alignment and optimization.
• Partner with Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership teams to inform offerings and execute commercial launch plans.
• Conduct market research on customer drivers, competition, and messaging effectiveness.
• Manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors, budgets, and track ROI.

Requirements

• US-based for remote work.
• B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs, or strategic consulting.
• Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred.
• Formal background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics preferred.
• Project management skills, including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and economic modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to healthcare providers, synthesizing clinical info, and composing promotional copy.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics.
