Salary: Up to 120,000 PLN per year

What you will do
- Partner with Account Manager, support teammates, and operate autonomously on 1–2 flagship clients.
- Handle briefing, tracking, feedback, and execution to drive speed, quality, and improvement.
- Push cross-functional projects, remove blockers, and maintain high momentum.
- Execute services like community engagement, research, and moderation.
- Communicate daily, turn feedback into actions, and close loops quickly.
- Elevate documentation, refine processes, and keep tasks updated in workflow tools.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, ideally native German speaker or with strong cultural understanding from living in Germany.
- Meticulously organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools like Airtable and FigJam, quick to learn new platforms.
- Natural relationship-builder comfortable working with clients and stakeholders.
- Clear communicator, skilled at prioritizing and delivering to deadlines.
- Self-motivated with high work ethic, ownership mindset, and fast learning aptitude.
Nice to have
- Experience in social media management and knowledge of industry trends.
