TL;DR

Account Manager (DACH): Driving outbound sales and managing accounts for a digital manufacturing platform with an accent on the DACH market expansion. Focus on prospecting new business, building long-term client relationships, and hitting revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid (Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia). Must be based in Estonia or be planning to relocate.

What you will do

  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, upselling, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineering clients.
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and Estimators to ensure successful order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English proficiency.
  • Based in Estonia or willing to relocate to Estonia.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work from the Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 3D technology.
  • Background working at a startup or an industrial sales platform.
  • Basic knowledge of the Estonian language.
