Location: Hybrid (Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia). Must be based in Estonia or be planning to relocate.

What you will do
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, upselling, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineering clients.
- Collaborate with Project Engineers and Estimators to ensure successful order delivery.
- Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and the platform.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English proficiency.
- Based in Estonia or willing to relocate to Estonia.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and driving revenue growth.
- Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work from the Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 3D technology.
- Background working at a startup or an industrial sales platform.
- Basic knowledge of the Estonian language.
