What you will do

  • Architect and govern the GTM tech stack, utilizing HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Build and maintain highly accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts for the CRO and Board.
  • Design and drive pipeline generation motions across inbound, outbound, ABM, and events.
  • Own the sales playbook, including qualification stages, exit criteria, and handoff processes.
  • Develop AI-enabled GTM workflows incorporating agents for scoring, routing, enrichment, and coaching.
  • Lead strategic projects for the CRO and prepare revenue readouts for Board communications.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, or Sales Ops within a fast-growing B2B SaaS.
  • Operator-level fluency with HubSpot and the modern GTM stack (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong).
  • AI-native approach, with experience building agents and automations using tools like Claude Code and Claude Projects.
  • Expertise in sales cadences, pipeline motions, and forecast methodology.
  • English: C1 (fluent) required.
