What you will do

• Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure full compliance with UK employment law.
• Coach site management teams on employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and equality.
• Support managers in improving employee performance and managing short and long-term absence.
• Assist in resourcing and selection methods with a specific focus on early careers.
• Analyze HR KPI data and ensure HR systems (SAP) are accurate and up to date.
• Drive the I&D agenda and promote digitally enabled HR initiatives across UK locations.

Requirements

• Strong UK Employee Relations experience with practical application.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Extensive experience using SAP HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess talent and analyze HR KPI data for reporting.
