What you will do

• Coordinate the development of skill plans according to established project guidelines.
• Assign and monitor projects for contract aligners across K-12 math, ELA, science, social studies, and Spanish content.
• Research academic standards and textbooks to maintain internal skill plan information.
• Review new skill plans for quality and style, incorporating team feedback.
• Use in-house tools to create and release alignments and format spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and fix data formatting errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Math, English, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (experience with vlookup or concatenate is a plus).
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with K-12 academic standards.
• Proficiency with math concepts through Algebra 2.
• Experience with ELA, science, or social studies.
