Associate Curriculum Alignment Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC, United States; full-time work in the Raleigh, NC, area office is required

What you will do

• Coordinate skill-plan development according to established project guidelines.
• Support research, setup, review, and quality assurance for curriculum alignments.
• Assign and monitor projects for contract aligners working across K-12 math, ELA, science, social studies, and Spanish content.
• Track customer requests, research standards and textbooks, and maintain internal skill-plan information.
• Review skill plans for quality and style, incorporating feedback from other team members.
• Use internal tools and alignment spreadsheets, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot formatting bugs and data errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, math, English, or a related field.
• Strong project management, time management, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with math concepts through Algebra 2.
• Experience with K-12 academic standards is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELA, science, or social studies.
• Experience using spreadsheet formulas such as VLOOKUP or CONCATENATE.
