What you will do
- Own and deliver lifecycle campaigns to boost retention and repeat revenue.
- Design and optimise automated journeys, including onboarding and upsell.
- Manage and develop a CRM Executive to elevate campaign delivery.
- Partner with creative and product teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
- Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Proven success delivering results in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo within a DTC setting.
- Strong analytical and segmentation skills with data-led decision making.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with data, product, and marketing teams.
