What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global CRM team and manage a group of 4 CRM executives.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value within the UK market.
• Create and manage event/sport-focused and lifecycle CRM calendars.
• Measure, report, and optimize all CRM activities to ensure alignment with business value.
• Implement personalization strategies based on a data-driven approach and identify process gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Acquisition, Product, Creative, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in North London, UK
• Proven experience in creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention.
• Previous experience in people management and strong leadership skills.
• CRM subject matter expertise with strong analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding of the UK market.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation and market trends.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
