TL;DR

Senior Brand Marketing Manager: Lead the development of bold, insight-led campaigns that build brand equity, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable growth with an accent on creative strategy, social content, and 360° campaign execution. Focus on balancing brand building with performance marketing, managing agencies and partners, and optimizing creative for commercial KPIs across digital, retail, and experiential channels.

Location: Hybrid working model, 3 days per week at our Brighton HQ (UK) and 2 days flexible.

What you will do

  • Lead integrated campaigns strengthening brand positioning, building trust, and driving acquisition and revenue.
  • Develop social-first content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, including UGC-led campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, own marketing calendar, briefs, and performance wrap-ups across channels.
  • Manage agencies, partners, and internal teams (Graphic Design, Creative Production, Social, CRM) for high-impact output.
  • Align with merchandising, e-commerce, and CRM on trade planning, messaging, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Optimize marketing tech stack, workflows, budgets, and use data for continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Commercially minded creative leader with proven experience in brand marketing, acquisition, CRM, and social campaigns.
  • Strong background managing agencies, external partners, and delivering marketing events/activations.
  • Thorough understanding of social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms, content performance, and consumer behavior.
