What you will do

• Build and optimise end-to-end lifecycle journeys across key customer touchpoints
• Lead CRM automation strategy using Bloomreach (or Braze)
• Drive 1-2-1 personalisation to enhance customer experience and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM with wider commercial goals
• Analyse performance data to continuously refine campaigns and journeys

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Bloomreach or Braze)
• Strong background in lifecycle marketing and automated journey building
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
• Experience optimising CRM platforms for performance and scalability
• Confidence working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment
