What you will do

• Define and maintain all-encompassing deployment project plans, rollout phases, and pilot programs for the Supply MarketPlace (SMP).
• Partner with Product teams to deploy new features and tools, including project planning, execution, and process mapping.
• Map and iterate cross-SMP collaboration processes to improve efficiencies and remove organizational silos.
• Support the PMO strategy by creating tools, documentation, and reporting using Smartsheet, Office 365, and Confluence.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.
• Identify and remove obstacles for SMP projects to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
• 5+ years of solid travel industry experience with a deep understanding of data flows in the travel ecosystem.
• Proven experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Background in product development, product operations, or product deployment.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to navigate a complex, global matrix environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
