What you will do
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission.
- Develop bid strategies aligned with business goals and specific client requirements.
- Coordinate inputs from sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to create comprehensive proposals.
- Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and maximum impact.
- Manage bid timelines and resources to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or commercial operations.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized proposal software.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
